Za’atar Baladi is a variation on the classic Lebanese za’atar mix (dried thyme) which includes the addition of sumac and roasted sesame. It’s delicious sprinkled over homemade labneh cheese, or used in rubs for roasted meat.
Ingredients: Sesame, Grinded thyme leaves, sesame peel, sumac, salt, bread crumbs (wheat). Allergens listed in bold. May contain lactose and mustard.
