Alemany Chestnut Honey 250g

Chestnut honey is a dark, treacle-brown honey with bitter-sweet, almost savoury flavours. It has complex, rich, smoky aromas with a rich, nutty taste and long finish.

Serve the chestnut honey on a cheeseboard with gorgonzola, pecorino and walnuts, or  use to bring a touch of complex sweetness to a chicory, pear and parmesan salad. Enjoy the chestnut honey drizzled crêpe pr into a bowl of natural yoghurt, or simply just enjoy it spread generously on a piece of toast.

Store in a cool, dry place. Please note that the sugar present in honey sometimes causes it to naturally crystallise, producing a slightly paler colour.
