Belazu’s smoked chilli harissa is a fiery twist on their classic rose harissa paste. The intensely aromatic harissa gets a smoky kick from chipotle chilli flakes, cayenne pepper and paprika.
We love using this harissa as a marinade for chicken wings and lamb, served alongside hummus, roasted aubergine and flatbreads for a mezze-style spread, or stirred through scrambled eggs.
