Use this delicious paste as the base for hot curry sauces, or as a marinade for meat and fish.
How to use hot curry paste
Marinate 500g of chicken (or your choice of meat or vegetables) with 1 tablespoon of Bolst’s mild curry paste for 10 minutes. Fry 1 sliced onion and 1 sliced tomato together. Add your marinated meat or veg, with salt and 2 and a half cups of water. Cover with a lid and cook until tender. Add boiling water or coconut milk for more gravy. Serve with hot Indian bread or rice, pickles and chutney.
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.
