Innovative French chef Christine Le Tennier has created a range of beautifully coloured and flavoured pearls to complement both sweet and savoury dishes. Likened to caviar, the flavour pearls are delicate spheres of liquid encased in a gossamer fine gel which burst in the mouth. 

Ingredients: Soy sauce 70% (water, soy, wheat, (gluten), salt), water, thickener: cellulose gum, gelling agents: calcium chloride and sodium alginate, acidifying: citric acid, preservative, potassium sorbate.
