Cookware De Buyer Non-Stick Macaron Stencil Baking Mat

The De Buyer non-stick macaron stencil baking mat is something every keen macaron-maker needs. The pastry mat is marked with circles, so you can pipe the right amount of mixture for uniform macaron shells every time.

The small circle shows you where to position your piping nozzle – simply fill the template with mixture until it reaches the boundary of the large circle. The template is also great for making uniform profiteroles, meringues, or even giant chocolate buttons!

The non-stick macaron stencil baking mat is made from silicone-coated fibreglass. This means it’s very thin and flexible, but also very durable. Pop straight on a baking sheet and into the oven and cook as normal – the thin pastry mat doesn’t affect heat transfer, so there’s no need to increase cooking times.

The De Buyer non-stick macaron stencil baking mat is 40cm x 30cm and has stencils for 44 macaron shells.
