The De Buyer silicone mini tartlet mould is just what you need to prepare pastry cases for canapes or miniature treats for a tea party. Make bite-sized quiches and jam tarts, or even use to mould jellies, ice cream and chocolates.
De Buyer Moul’Flex moulds are made from high quality silicone. The black silicone absorbs heat and distributes it evenly throughout the mould, resulting in good caramelisation. The super-smooth inner surface releases food in a flash.
The silicone mould is suitable for use at temperatures from -40°C to +280°C, so you can use it in the oven, in a bain marie, or in the freezer.
For best results, use the silicone Moul’Flex mini tartlet mould on a perforated baking tray. The mould makes 15 mini tartlets. Each part of the mould is 1cm deep and 5cm in diameter.
Wash & grease before first use. Hand washing recommended. Not suitable for microwave or grill use. Do not use with sharp objects. Do not heat while empty.
