Deco-Relief Natural Concentrated Lemon Flavour 30ml Ingredients

With natural concentrated lemon flavour, you can give your tarte au citrons and sorbets an extra boost of sweet, citrus zing. 

Déco’relief concentrated flavours are used by top chefs and patissiers across France, in cakes, ganaches, sorbets, ice-creams and sweets.

The flavouring is intense, so use in small amounts to achieve a strong flavour. Be careful to follow the dosage directions on the packaging – and do not ingest the flavourings directly.
