This set of 8 Velvet Lacquers Natural Colourants is ideal for coating finished patisserie with a layer of vibrant, edible colour. The cocoa butter lacquers blend seamlessly to give a smooth and solid colour that covers the outside of your ice cream bombes and truffles. Fantastic for all types of decoration, from covering sponge cakes to adding a dash of colour to macarons.

To get the perfect velvet sheen, freeze the item you wish to colour before applying the natural colourant with a chocolate spray gun or brush. 

The set includes orange, white, pink, red, yellow, brown, blue and green lacquers.

Ideal for professional pastry kitchens or home use. 

Ingredients: Orange: Cocoa butter, turmeric, radish, apple, blackcurrant, processed with water, maltodextrin and citric acid. White: Cocoa butter, calcium carbonate. Pink: Cocoa butter, sweet potato, radish, apple, cherry, processed with water, maltodextrin and citric acid. Red; Cocoa butter, radish, apple, blackcurrant, processed with water, maltodextrin and citric acid. Yellow: Cocoa butter, turmeric,  processed with water, maltodextrin and citric acid. Brown: Cocoa butter, turmeric, spirulina, radish, apple and blackcurrant,  processed with water, maltodextrin and citric acid. Blue: Cocoa butter spirulina, processed with water, maltodextrin and citric acid. Green: Cocoa butter, safflower, spirulina, processed with water, maltodextrin and citric acid
