Use alioli with lemon and thyme to add herby, citrus flavour to Spanish paella, or roast chicken salads. The tangy mayonnaise condiment is flavoured garlic, and works well with grilled fish, freshly sliced crudite vegetables, or thick cut chips. Serve a dollop over roasted cauliflower or steamed green beans at the table.
