The Alejandro spicy chorizo ring is a semi-cured spicy chorizo. This style of chorizo is a mix between cooking chorizo and cured chorizo, making it perfect for slicing and eating as it is, or using in recipes.
Pork shoulder, belly and jaw meat is simply flavoured with hot smoked paprika, salt and spices, then dried for 2 weeks to create the distinctive picante sausage.
Enjoy this semi-cured chorizo picante alongside hard Spanish cheeses, or added to Spanish stews.
