Francois Doucet organic strawberry paste, or pate de fruit, is perfect for slicing into cubes and enjoying with your after dinner coffee. The grown-up jelly is firm and full of real fruit flavour – finished with a dusting of sugar for added texture.

Francois Doucet is a French confectionery company who has been making exceptional pralines, jellies and chocolate treats for over 50 years. They are inspired by Provencale flavours and make their confections using nuts and fruits from Provence. The star of the show is Francois Doucet’s almond praline, which uses recipe that is over three centuries old.

Ingredients: Cane sugar, fruit pulp 51% (strawberry 26%, pear 25%), wheat glucose syrup, lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin, natural strawberry flavour.
