Mix with mirin and sesame oil to form the base of Asian vinaigrette dressings. Also use it in homemade sushi vinegars and marinades.
The Haday HaiTian company was founded in the city of Foshan, Guangdong Province, in the 1600s. They originally only manufactured soy sauce, and they are now the biggest manufacturer of soy sauce in the world. The Haday HaiTian sauce range includes vinegars and oyster sauce.
