These fine noodles cook in under 5 minutes, and are ideal for quick stir fries or classic chow mein-style dishes. Pair with mushrooms and soy sauce for an umami-rich meal. To cook, place the noodles in a saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Once the noodles are soft and loosened, drain and rinse in cold water.
