Casa Marrazzo’s San Marzano tomato jam is inspired by a recipe first created by Italian Michelin-starred chef Alberto Annarumma. It is a wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity, and is delicious spread on homemade pizza bases or added as a bottom layer to bubbling cheese on toast.
Casa Marrazzo dates back to 1934, and in its eight decades has grown from a small family farm to a proudly artisan producer of tinned vegetables. As well as classic red tomatoes, discover the brand’s tinned Italian broccoli, San Marzano tomato jam and beautiful yellow tomatoes.
Ingredients: Agro Sarnese-Nocerino DOP peeled tomatoes, sugar, lemon, vanilla.
Storage: Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 20 days.
