About Christine Ferber
Christine Ferber’s jams are a magical blend of fresh Alsace fruits, flowers and herbs. When available, the seasonal fruits are harvested locally from the fields, mountains and forests, and cooked daily in very small batches – never more than four kilograms together in one of her copper cauldrons. All are produced in their tiny kitchen in the small village Niedermorschwihr, nestled in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards. Christine rises at 5.30am every morning to tend to the fruit herself. Of course, availability of the jams varies season by season.Â
Christine Ferber is France’s ‘Queen of Confiture’. A world renowned master patissière, she has worked with Alain Ducasse (who serves her jams in his restaurants), the Troisgrois family, and Pierre Hermé, amongst others.
Ingredients: strawberries 24.3%, blueberries 24.3%, raspberries 24.3%, sugar, fruit pectin, lemon juice.Â

This is hands down the best jam I’ve ever tasted. The Alsace blueberry adds a unique twist that sets it apart from other fruit jams. It’s not overly sweet, which I appreciate. Highly recommend!

I bought this as a gift, and the recipient loved it! The packaging is elegant, and the jam itself is luxurious. The fruit flavors are intense and authentic—no artificial aftertaste.
Olivia Martinez –
Absolutely delicious! The balance of sweetness and tartness is perfect. I’ve been using it on toast, yogurt, and even as a filling for pastries. It’s versatile and incredibly tasty.
Daniel Wilson –
A great jam, but a bit too sweet for my taste. I would’ve preferred a bit more tanginess from the raspberries. However, the quality of the ingredients is undeniable.
Emma White –

Christine Ferber’s Charlotte Strawberry, Raspberry & Alsace Blueberry Jam is a delightful treat! The combination of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries creates a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors. The texture is smooth yet chunky, with real fruit pieces that make every bite a joy. The 220g jar is just the right size for a small household. It’s a bit pricey, but the quality justifies the cost. Perfect for spreading on toast, adding to yogurt, or even as a filling for pastries. Highly recommend!

I’m a huge fan of Christine Ferber’s jams, and this Charlotte Strawberry, Raspberry & Alsace Blueberry Jam did not disappoint. The flavors are incredibly fresh, and it’s evident that high-quality ingredients were used. The jam has a rich, fruity aroma that’s irresistible. However, I found the sweetness level a tad high for my taste, but it’s still enjoyable. The 220g size is convenient, though I wish it came in a larger option. Overall, a great product for jam enthusiasts.

This jam is a true gourmet experience. The blend of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries is heavenly, and the Alsace Blueberry adds a unique twist. The consistency is perfect—not too runny, not too thick. I love how it enhances my breakfast routine. The only downside is the price, which is on the higher side, but for a special treat, it’s worth it. The 220g jar is ideal for trying it out without committing to a larger quantity. Definitely a must-try for jam lovers!

Christine Ferber’s Charlotte Strawberry, Raspberry & Alsace Blueberry Jam is a premium product with a premium price tag. The flavors are vibrant and authentic, and the jam is packed with real fruit. However, I found the texture a bit too chunky for my liking, and the sweetness could be toned down slightly. The 220g jar is a good size for sampling, but I’m not sure I’d repurchase given the cost. It’s a good jam, but not exceptional enough to justify the price.

This jam is a little piece of luxury! The combination of strawberries, raspberries, and Alsace blueberries is divine, and the quality is top-notch. It’s not overly sweet, which I appreciate, and the fruit pieces add a lovely texture. The 220g jar is perfect for occasional indulgence. While it’s more expensive than regular jams, the taste and quality make it worth it. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and family. A definite winner in my book!

I tried this jam based on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did! The fruit bits are delightful, and it spreads beautifully on toast. It’s a great way to add a touch of elegance to your morning routine.
David Martinez –
This jam is good, but I expected a stronger berry flavor. It’s pleasant and well-made, but it didn’t quite blow me away. Still, a solid choice for those who enjoy high-quality preserves.
