​​Francois Doucet is a French confectionery company who has been making exceptional pralines, jellies and chocolate treats for over 50 years. They are inspired by Provencale flavours and make their confections using nuts and fruits from Provence. The star of the show is Francois Doucet’s almond praline, which uses a recipe that is over three centuries old.
Ingredients: Raspberry flavour fruit paste 42% (fruit pulp 21.5% (raspberry origin EU / non-EU 11%, William pear from Hautes Alpes 5%, apricot Orange de Provence 5%), sugar, wheat glucose syrup, aroma, natural raspberry flavour, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, natural Bourbon vanilla flavour), milk chocolate 42% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), marzipan 15% (almonds, sugar, stabilizers: sorbitol and acacia gum, bitter almond essential oil), flavour, icing sugar 0.5%.
