Grand Brahis vert AOP Vallee des Baux de Provence extra virgin olive oil is an olive oil to linger over.
There are plenty of layers of flavour to discover, showcasing the Vallee des Baux region of Provence. You may detect notes of almond, artichoke, butter and even the grassiness of hay. Grand Brahis vert AOP extra virgin olive oil has a soft mouthfeel, yet there’s a slight peppery finish.
Drizzle this olive oil over carpaccio, steak tartare, raw or lightly steamed fish, salads and even fresh peaches.
We also sell the Grand Brahis olive oil duo, which includes a bottle of the vert and noir oils, as well as the Grand Brahis Noir olive oil in a 500ml bottle.
Grand Brahis make olive oil in the Vallee des Baux de Provence, in the south of France. Five varieties of olives are grown on the Grand Brahis estate – Grossane, Verdale, Aglandau, Salonenque and Picholine. They flourish in the dry, sunny climate and have no need for fertilisers or pesticides – so all Grand Brahis olive oil is organic.
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
