These flat and wide wheat noodles are ideal for quick meals packed with flavour. Serve with crispy chilli oil and steamed greens, or stir into a miso soup. To cook, place the noodles in a saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Once the noodles are softened and loosened, drain and rinse in cold water.
