These Le Benefique organic thyme herbal tea stems make a light green-yellow infusion, with bright grassy notes that is incredibly refreshing. Aromatic thyme is more commonly associated with Provencal cooking, but it also makes a fantastic herbal tea. Contains 20 stems.

Simply infuse your stems directly into 90°C water for 2-3 minutes to release the unique colours, fragrance and flavours of each individual plant.

The stems used for Le Benefique’s infusions are hand picked from Mount Ida in Turkey. Each harvesting area is carefully protected and cared for with the long-term future of the ecosystem in mind. The company uses a picking technique learned from the Yorouk community, which ensures no plant is picked until it has properly matured.
