Pariani organic pecan oil is a fragrant nut oil made by cold pressing nuts (without chemical additives) which are then filtered. Unlike oil made with pistachios and hazelnuts, the flavour of pecan oil isn’t as intense, meaning it works well in marinades and dressings.

Use this organic oil to put a pecan twist on a Roquefort salad or to toss through cauliflower florets before roasting. Thanks to its high smoking point, pecan oil lends itself well for sautéing, grilling and frying.
