Pariani’s Sicilian almond oil is made with 100% lightly roasted Romana di Noto almonds which have been cold pressed without chemical additives, then filtered. Romana di Noto are considered one of the finest varieties of Sicilian almond – they have a thick shell which holds the fat, preserving the flavour and aroma.
This finishing oil is intense in flavour – drizzle over grilled fish, toss through grain salads or add a splash to homemade marzipan for an extra almond kick.
