Terre Exotique’s green dehydrated pepper is cool and spicy with flavours of peppermint. The green pepper is picked fresh from the vines of the Malabar coast. It is harvested before it reaches peak ripeness, then dried in an oven at very high temperatures. The final step of the process is sorting through the peppercorns by hand.
With prominent vegetable notes, these dried peppercorns make a great partner for cream sauces, sprinkled over pan-fried white fish, or with goat’s cheese salads.

The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
