Terre Exotique’s salads and veggies seasoning box set is a trio of blends that add instant oomph to your dishes. Perfect for grilled vegetables, blanched greens or freshly prepared tomato salads – the box includes a tin of Trappers Blend, Madras Curry and Fleur de Sel with Roasted spices.

The Trappers Blend is a sweet and salty mix from Canada, and a wonderful way to season roasted veg such as pumpkin, courgettes, marrow or squash. The Madras Blend is a classic curried combination, and works well in bechamel sauces for vegetable gratins. Or use it as a rub for carrots and parsnips before roasting in the oven. Finally, use the Fleur de Sel with roasted spices to season Sunday lunch sides. Or add it to vinaigrettes to dress a fresh tomato, mozzarella and avocado tricolore salad.
