Yutaka’s sweet rice miso paste is a lighter paste to add to dressings and marinades. With less salt and a gentler flavour, this rice miso is sweetened with a little sugar.Â
Mix the miso with soy sauce and use a marinade for seafood, use as it is and drizzle over steamed green vegetables, or pair with white chocolate in cookies and blondies.

This miso may get darker over time, however this doesn’t affect how it tastes.Â
