Yutaka yuzu ponzu sauce is ideal for making simple dipping sauces for dim sum, gyoza or sushi. The citrus-infused soy sauce is slightly sweet, a striking dark colour and has a thin pouring consistency. Use ponzu sauce to season fish and seafood in marinades, or combine it with sesame oil to make a simple dressing for salads and Asian slaws.
The Yutaka brand began life as a Japanese restaurant 35 years ago. They’ve fast become the leading supplier of Japanese restaurants gaining a reputation for authentic, flavoursome food which is reflected in the meaning of ‘yutaka’ – ‘good harvest.’
