This Colour Pop Enamel Roasting and Serving Dish in Turquoise is incredibly versatile, and so pretty! You can use it on the hob and put it in the oven, and it’s so beautiful you’ll want to serve all your meals in it. Choose between 21cm x 14cm x 4cm and 26cm x 18cm x 4cm. The smaller one is perfect for savoury gratins for two, or for roasting a batch of seasonal fruit, while the larger size is great for oven baking a whole fish.
This durable and resilient enamelware can be used both outside and indoors, and the colours will stay bright and vibrant (even in the dishwasher), as they’ve been heated to 800°C during production.
Caring for enamelware:
- Dishwasher safe.
- Can be used on the hob and in the oven to 250°C.
- Do not use in the microwave.
- Enamelware is robust and very unlikely to shatter. However, avoid knocks and bumps as the outer coating can chip in the same way as ceramics or stoneware.
KAPKA is a Turkish brand, founded by three close friends Bilge, Sibel and Saime. The trio aim to recreate enamel designs they remember from their childhood and bring more colour to the dining table. Staying true to the artisan character of enamelware, the team at KAPKA creates each item by hand using traditional methods, so every piece is unique.
Kapka enamel is all hand dipped and hung to dry. This may cause marks under the rim of the product. This is completely normal, due to the handmade nature of the item, and does not affect the quality or usage.
