A santoku knife is Japan’s favourite all-round kitchen blade. Use it for chopping, slicing and finely mincing meat or vegetables. The long, deep blade curves slightly towards the tip for rocking action, and will cut through even the heftiest cabbage or pak choi.
The distinctive santoku shape lends itself to all sorts of everyday kitchen tasks, and is a must-have in every chef’s set of knives.
