The wood chip smoker box is just what you need to keep wood chips smouldering away for longer on your barbecue. The slow, steady release of smoke infuses your food with tempting smoky flavours while it cooks.
To use, soak a couple of handfuls of wood chips in either hot water, wine or whiskey depending on the flavours you want to achieve. Then fill up the smoker box with your soaked wood chips, close the lid and carefully place among the hot coals. Also suitable for gas barbecues.
