These Le Benefique organic lavender stems have a powerful, distinctive flavour – a mix of sweet floral notes with a gentle spiciness that develops in the infusion. Lavender is an incredibly evocative scent which represents serenity and calmness. Contains 16 stems.

Simply infuse your stems directly into 90°C water for 2-3 minutes to release the unique colours, fragrance and flavours of each individual plant.

These stems are hand picked from the Taurus mountains in Turkey. Each harvesting area is carefully protected and cared for with the long-term future of the ecosystem in mind. The company uses a picking technique learned from the Yorouk community, which ensures no plant is picked until it has properly matured.
