Mother Africa dried anchovies add a salty flavour to soups, sauces and broths. Rich in vitamins, the oily fish can be used to infuse stocks, or chopped, fried and served as a garnish for nasi lemak.
These dried anchovies are around 6-10cm long and need to be cooked before eating.
