Otonano’s salmon furikake rice seasoning adds a punch of umami-rich flavour to any dish in seconds! Furikake is a centuries-old Japanese seasoning typically consisting of seaweed, sesame seeds and dried vegetables or fish. This Otonano variety omits the sesame, with the central flavour coming from dried flakes of sockeye salmon. This adds an extraordinary depth of flavour, saltiness and richness to the blend. 

Use this salmon furikake simply on plain rice for an instant burst of umami, or use the fish flavour to season a  marinade, or  sprinkle over sticky-sweet grilled teriyaki salmon.
