Alziari fig vinegar is a vibrant, rich purple condiment, made from real fig puree and wine vinegar. It has a pouring consistency while the fig seeds add a lovely subtle bite. This vinegar is a wonderful combination of sharp and sweet flavours and makes a great salad dressing. Or use it in place of balsamic, drizzle a little of the fig vinegar over a whole burrata cheese and dress with rocket leaves for a simple elegant starter.
Nicolas Alziari began producing olive oil in Nice in 1868. In the 1980s, his descendants grew the Alziari business by offering other produce from Nice – like herbs, olives and homemade syrups. Today, the Nicolas Alziari company gives you the taste of Provence in your own kitchen with their range of local and family-made specialities.
