Odense marzipan cake cover is the traditional bright green used to make a classic Swedish Princess cake. The smooth green marzipan is draped over a sponge cake and simply decorated with icing sugar, and often a pink icing rose.
Ingredients: Sugar, almonds (25%), water, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier agent (E415), humectant agent (E1103), colorant E100 and E141.
