Odense Original Almond Marzipan 375g Ingredients

Odense original almond marzipan has a high almond content at 63%. It is fantastic for ready-to-eat decorations, and to layer over cakes after they’ve been baked. 

The smooth texture makes it easy to mould, and the marzipan melts in the mouth. Use this quality marzipan to make traditional Swedish figures, such as the classic marzipan Christmas pig! Or make a Simnel cake, topped with eleven marzipan balls to represent apostles at Easter.
