Pariani Burrolio hazelnut butter is a naturally sweet & nutty vegan alternative to butter. The spread is made from just two ingredients: hazelnuts and cocoa butter. It has texture just like dairy butter, but is dairy-free, gluten free, lower in cholesterol and has a great hazelnut flavour.
Use the hazelnut butter to lightly fry vegetables and add subtle nutty notes. Also use to make white sauces with a delicate hazelnut flavour, or even use in baking.
Pariani Burrolio olive butter is a collaboration between Italian family business, Pariani, and an Italian olive oil producer called Oleum Sabinae. Both companies were looking at new ways to use cocoa butter, so they joined forces to work on a new range of ‘spreadable oils’. The result is a range of vegan, gluten free spreads made from cold pressed nuts and cocoa beans.
Ingredients: hazelnut oil (43.2%), cocoa butter (28.8%), hazelnut paste. Contains allergens: nuts. May contain traces of sesame, soy, and milk.
