Pariani’s candied chinotto adds an aromatic, herbal bitter orange flavour to panettone doughs, ice cream and cakes. Ligurian chinotto fruits – also known as whole sour oranges – are placed in tins, then covered with a hot sugar syrup. 

Slice the candied chinotto and dip into dark chocolate for an after-dinner nibble. Alternatively, cut the candied fruit into cubes and stir through ice cream, or use to stud panettone doughs.
