Pariani Green Walnut Syrup 40ml Ingredients

Pariani’s green walnut syrup adds a sweet, nutty flavour to ice cream, cocktails and creamy desserts. Green walnuts are the same as brown walnuts, they are just harvested early. Here, the walnuts are bottled with the candying liquid along with Bourbon vanilla.

Use the syrup to put a nutty twist on espresso martini cocktails, drizzle over fresh figs and manchego cheese, stir a splash through mascarpone, or add a dash to affogato.
