Perello’s cornicabra olives are a wonderful appetiser, or a juicy nibble to serve alongside a Spanish tapas spread. Cornicabra olives typically grow in the sunny hills of AndalucÃa, Southern Spain, and their name refers to their natural horn shape.
These plump, purple olives are often used to make olive oil, but here they’ve been jarred in a brine of water and salt, making them ideal for eating as they are.
Ingredients: Purple olives; water; salt; acid: citric acid; antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
Allergy advice: May contain traces of sulphites, almonds and fish due to manufacturing methods.
Storage: Once opened, refrigerate and use in 7 days
