Black Cumin, also known as nigella and ‘Love in a mist’, is a beautiful blue flower that produces seed heads filled with the dark culinary seeds. These black nigella seeds are widely used in Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine and have a lovely onion, nutty sweetness. Use the seeds to top homemade breads or sprinkle over rich curry sauces.
