Piccolo Thyme De Provence Seeds Ingredients

Thyme de Provence seeds love the sunshine, so will be really happy on a sun-drenched window in your kitchen. The thyme has soft grey-green leaves and small pink flowers, and is used widely in French and Mediterranean cooking. 

Use it to make a bouquet garni to flavour stocks and casserole dishes, or pair with roasted chicken for a beautifully fragrant Sunday roast.

Packet includes 10 seeds. Plants grow to 15cm tall and 20cm wide.

How to grow Thyme de Provence

• Sow indoors Feb-Mar, and outdoors April-Jun
• Germinating time 15-30 days.
• Harvest in 40-60 days.
• Keep in full sun.
• Water regularly, but allow to dry out
