Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
The Returns Process
Following these simple steps will ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to:

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your refund for the amount to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your PayPal account.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following types of products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Baking Ingredients & Food Items: All food products, including but not limited to spices, beans & pulses, baking ingredients, and any items from our African, American, Brazilian, or other global ingredient categories.
- Opened or Used Products: Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original sealed packaging for safety and hygiene reasons.
We source our ingredients with the utmost care for quality and freshness. If you have any issues with a food product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can address your concerns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the incorrect/damaged item at no cost to you.
