Robert Welch Signature Book Knife Block Cookware

The Robert Welch Signature Book Knife Block has been designed in consultation with professional chefs and is a practical, stylish, safe way to store the essential knives every cook needs. The solid oak block has silicone feet for stability, and upright slots for each knife for quick access.

The block comes with six knives, made of fully forged German stainless steel with a full tang blade that reaches right into the handle, for completely accurate and stable slicing. The handle is carefully designed with balance and comfort in mind.

Robert Welch started designing knives 50 years ago in a small studio within an 18th century silk mill at Chipping Campden in the Cotswolds. Since day one, he has aimed to create functional, beautiful products and he pioneered the introduction of stainless steel cutlery to the UK. Today, the company is run by his children Alice and Rupert, and is still operated in the silk mill where it all began.
