ScandiKitchen wild blueberry jam is made using a native variety of Swedish blueberry that is smaller and more intensely flavoured than the more commercial ‘American’ blueberry. Use the dark and fruity jam to top pancakes, dollop onto hot porridge, or spread over buttered sourdough.
Or try traditional Swedish Blåbärsgrottor – small biscuit ‘wells’ that are filled with the bilberry jam.
Ingredients: Wild blueberries (bilberries) (55%), sugar (55%), water (19%) citric acid (<2%), gelling agent (pectin) <2%), potassium sorbate (<2%).
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening.
