Schluckwerder are a German family business that specialise in marzipan and chocolate. Founded in the 1950s, they are now one of the world’s largest speciality marzipan producers.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, ground almonds (14%), plum pulp (12%), glucose syrup, Madeira wine (4%), cocoa butter, Jamaica rum (2%), whole milk powder, thickener: pectin, emulsifier: lecithins, acid: citric acid, humectant: invertase, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, lactose, ginger, cloves, cinnamon.
