It’s also one of the most sustainable ‘crops’ to farm, as all it requires is sunlight. The seaweed doesn’t need pesticides, artificial fertilisers or any genetic modification to bring out its benefits – so it’s completely organic and non-GMO, too.
Soak the seaweed tagliatelle in cold water until it swells up. Then rinse, add to boiling water, and cook for 20 minutes. All that’s left to do is serve it with your favourite pasta sauce and enjoy!
Seaweed tagliatelle goes particularly well with artichokes, pesto, tomatoes, fish and seafood.
