Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) to ensure every home chef can access our curated products. Here’s what you need to know:
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 days after shipment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with any non-food item, we are happy to help with a return or exchange within 15 days of receipt.
Returns Process
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, the following products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All food products, including spices, beans & pulses, baking ingredients, and items from our African, American, Brazilian, or other global ingredient categories.
- Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original sealed packaging.
We source these ingredients with care for quality and freshness. If you have any issues with a food product, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing for the amount to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your account.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for return at no cost to you.
