These teppo wooden canapé skewers are sharp and pointed, with a flag-shaped end to prevent food from sliding off. Their name ‘Teppo’ means rifle in Japanese – as the skewers are a traditional Japanese gun shape. They’re miniature versions of those used by Japanese cooks like Reiko Hashimoto for traditional grilled yakitori and tofu dengaku. The flag-style canapé picks are great for a wide range of canapés – from skewering cooked meat or roasted vegetables, to pinning edible parcels and holding together rolled fish.
The teppo wooden canapé skewers are available in 2 lengths, as well as two different pack sizes: a small pack of 100 units, and a case of 2000 units (20 packs of 100). The lengths are:
- 7cm long
- 9cm long
These teppo canapé picks can be perfectly paired with a large wooden teppo skewer display for perfect presentation elegance.
