Sous Chef Teppo Canape Skewers Tableware

These teppo wooden canapé skewers are sharp and pointed, with a flag-shaped end to prevent food from sliding off. Their name ‘Teppo’ means rifle in Japanese – as the skewers are a traditional Japanese gun shape. They’re miniature versions of those used by Japanese cooks like Reiko Hashimoto for traditional grilled yakitori and tofu dengaku.
