Mix the sausage seasoning with your favourite fresh meat, whether that’s beef, pork, chicken, turkey or even salmon. Add water and start squeezing. Making your own sausages means you can also add fun extras such as leeks, apple and other fruit or veg.

The sausage machine parts (not base) are dishwasher safe and easy to clean. The machine has a very good suction base, which keeps it stable on smooth surfaces.

• Either Cumberland, Farmhouse or Lincolnshire sausage mix 150g
• Dry Beef Edible Collagen Casing (enough for 20 sausages)
• Set of 3 sized Sausage Filling Tubes
• Suction base mincing and filling machine

Store the kit at room temperature away from heat and moisture.
