Springerle & Co Beech Wood Waffle Cone Horn

The beech wood waffle cone horn is an essential tool if you want to try your hand at making your own ice cream cones. Try flavouring your biscuit dough for a change from plain ice cream cones.

The trick is to form the biscuit around the horn while it’s still hot from the oven – so a pair of oven gloves or tongs you can be dextrous with are handy. When the biscuit cools, it will harden to the shape of the cone. You’ll need to work quickly – it doesn’t take long for the biscuit to cool to the point you can’t shape it anymore.

The beech wood waffle cone horn is 27cm long and 5cm wide at the top. It has a rounded handle for ease of use.
